Elemental Countdown

After Effects

Elemental Countdown was created as an introductory sequence for a film or video. The concept is based on the four classical elements—earth, air, fire, and water—each represented visually throughout the animation. The countdown intentionally ends at three, allowing for two seconds of black screen before the main feature begins. This pacing choice was made to create a smooth transition into the following content. The entire piece was created in Adobe After Effects, focusing on timing, motion, and atmospheric visual design.

Nirvana Tattoos

Adobe Animate

For this project, I was tasked with creating a web banner for an invented company. I developed the concept Nirvana Tattoos, aiming for a design that would appeal to a broad audience across genders and age groups. The central concept—a transformation from a sugar skull into a woman—was designed to symbolize evolution and duality. I used complex masking techniques to create the flowing vines and floral elements that support the transition between forms. The skull and woman’s face were initially created in Adobe Illustrator. The final composition was brought to life in Adobe Animate, where I incorporated motion and added typography to complete the banner. The result is a dynamic, visually layered piece that blends illustration, animation, and storytelling.
